Our signature class features the perfect blend of HIIT + yoga. Come with your sneakers on and get ready to Crush your workout and then follow it up with the Hush— a yoga sequence that will ease your mind and muscles. On Fridays we add Beer from Deep Cove Craft to the mix to solidify the perfect Friday evening. Ideal for yogis looking to build strength + cardio or the fitness types who are intimidated by yoga. Either way, you will get it all in and done in 75 mins.

POWER AND FLOW YOGA
We offer both FLOW and POWER yoga. In our flow classes you can expect fluid movement and intelligent sequencing all set to a perfectly curated playlist . We pride ourselves on fresh music selections, a good sense of humour and non-intimidating atmosphere. Our power classes are basically FLOW but turnt up. The studio is warmer, the poses are harder and the holds are longer. Either way you will leave feeling chill, open and ready for what the world throws at you.

You’ve been working hard all week, this is your hour to forget everything and punch some things. This class combines boxing pad work with short bursts of interval training using bodyweight movements. Expect to sweat, strengthen your core, learn to punch and feel like you just won at life.
NO RUN CLUB
You can expect all your favourite High Intensity Interval Training movements minus the running.
The is the perfect class for you if you love to burpee, squat and thrust but you hate our "garbage runs."
THE WEAK ENDER
This is a "Circuit" style workout that combines body weight movements, cardio and strength exercises designed to end your weakness.
This is your chance to let loose. Strut is an all-level dance fitness class, focusing on building confidence and a sexy style through whole body dance movement. Each class you will learn a new dance combo, helping to strengthen your dance ability and knowledge.
This barre and Pilates inspired fusion class will have you sweating, triply. Doesn’t matter your discipline, everyone needs some plies and pulses in their life. Increase your cardio and gain strength to soar high, spin faster and push your limits in this all-levels cross-training dance inspired work-out.
Slash: trains the conditioned body to now move with power, confidence, and explosiveness in everyday life. Sessions are dedicated to enhancing joint stability and power through full body core, plyometric, HIIT, strength, and agility work. plyometrics/HIIT/core/agility work (that's why it's called slash) aka /.
Go 100 percent. A full body, mat based workout focusing on core control, proprioception, balance, strength and posture alignment. Full body strength work to help you achieve more stability and power in your movement whether you’re an athlete, injured or anything in between.
